Friday Night:
Ben Gardner & Jon Hunter
Ben and Jon oversee Churchforstudents at St Thomas Crookes. They are extremely passionate about students in Sheffield being reached, equipped and released to know Christ and to make Him known. They will be kicking off the Conference with a message that will inspire and encoruage us to step into God's promises.
Saturday:
Andy Rushworth
Andy is a legend! He is an inspirational speaker and has a massive heart for people and God. He was once a youth worker, band producer, managed and co-ordinated a city wide youth event called 'Nail the Truth'. He has also spoken acorss the world and worked with Andy Hawthrone esatblishing Eden Projects in Sheffield. Andy currently manages a Snooker Club, works as a bouncer and oversee a city wide youth project call 'Shine Sheffield'. Above all, he is a great friend and we can't wait have him speak at the Student Conference.
Mick Woodhead
Mick is Rector and team leader of St Thomas Crookes Sheffield. The church has grown considerably over the past years and now operates as a ‘church of churches’. Mick is married to Tricia and has three grown-up children and one grandson. Mick also LOVES students and he can't wait for the Student Conference.
Bryony Wells
Bryony Wells leads LifeChurch with her husband Rich and works for Church Army.Bry is an incredible woman of God and is one of the top speakers around. She brings clarity and wisdom to God's Word in a way that all can understand. She too loves Students and longs to see revival in Sheffield and across the WORLD!
Churchforstudents is a rapidly growing student community within St Thomas Crookes, Sheffield. It is one of the largest Student Churches in the UK and we continue to seek growth both in depth of discipleship and numerically as we seek to Meet Friends, Meet God and Live Life Better.
At the core of our church is to reach, equip and release university students to live for Jesus and to make Him known in Sheffield and beyond.
